Kitchen
A fully functional and equipped fitted kitchen incorporating microwave oven, regular cooker/oven and American-style fridge, kettle and all other regular kitchenware. A table and chairs provides a handy breakfast and snack eating place. There is an ironing board, iron, mops and sundries available for your use.

Lounge/Dining Room
A stylish, light and airy room looking out to the terrace, garden and swimming pool with sofa bed, coffee table, TV, and DVD player. A variety of paper-back books are available for your use. For your convenience, as well as the ceiling lighting there are numerous lamps, both standard type and table. The sofa bed folds down to provide a second double bed. There is also a ceiling fan.

The lounge diner has patio doors leading out to the balcony, with views over the large gardens and swimming pool.

Double Bedroom with En-suite
A stylishly furnished large double bedded room with walk-in wardrobes, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets. The en-suite facilities includes toilet, wash basin/vanity unit, lighted mirror and large shower. The bedroom has a radio and bedside lamps. As well as an air conditioning unit. The room has a ceiling fan.

Balcony & Garden
The tiled shaded area with seating overlooking the gardens and swimming pool, can be shaded by the venetian blinds.

Utility Room
Along the corridor from the apartment is the fully equipped utility room which has large washing machines and tumble driers.

Car Parking
There is ample car parking at Golden View.

Cleaning Service
There is a maid service twice weekly, which includes clean bed linen and towels. Additional services can be arranged if required.

We do ask for the apartment to be vacated by 12 noon on departure day. Later check out may sometimes be possible, but ask out housekeeper about this.

The electricity supply on the island is 110volts; sockets are flat 2 or 3 pin American style. Our apartment also has a 220volt British style socket in the bedroom and one in the kitchen. The air conditioning can be operated with a card purchased from our housekeeper.

This apartment is our pride and joy and has been furnished and looked after impecably. We do hope you enjoy your stay as much as we do and choose to return again.
