Golden View is situated on the west coast of Barbados in the parish of St. James, west of St. James’ cemetery and approximately fifteen minutes walk from the famous Sandy Lane golf course. There are several prestigious hotels along this coast: - Sandy Lane, Glitter Bay, Colony Club, Discovery Bay, Almond Beach Club and many others most of which have weekly entertainment and welcome visitors. This coastline has a continuation of magnificent beaches with safe swimming.

The condo is set in 5 acres of gardens and has a good sized pool (with kiddy area) and there is a restaurant on site, adjacent to the pool.

Our apartment is a large one bedroom air conditioned apartment situated on the third floor; it has a spacious lounge/dining room which leads to a large balcony (6ft 6ins.deep x 18ft long). Venetian blinds provide shade and can be closed at night thus giving an alternative lounging area. We provide satellite TV, a DVD/CD player and a stereo radio cassette player. There is a double sofa bed and ceiling fan in the lounge.

The kitchen is well equipped with adequate utensils, toaster, blender, microwave cooker, a full size electric cooker, large fridge/freezer and it also has a ceiling fan.

In the bedroom we have a 5ft double bed, a ceiling fan and an air conditioning unit, also a walk in closet with an iron and ironing board. The shower and toilet are ensuite.

Bed linen, towels and bathmats are provided for your use and will be changed twice weekly when the maid comes to clean the apartment. We do not provide pool or beach towels.

Guests are invited to use the Laundry room which has coin operated washing and drying machines, this is located on the third floor near the lifts. Next to the Laundry room is a room where various excursions and recreational information is available and also bookshelves with paperback novels to borrow during your stay.

This apartment is our pride and joy and has been furnished and looked after impecably. We do hope you enjoy your stay as much as we do and choose to return again.
